These terms apply to your use of the Lesso app. By signing up for or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Lesso is developed and operated by Better Life IO ("we", "us").
Lesso is a self-management tool for scrolling time on social media, using time tokens, pause screens and blocking of apps you choose. It is a helper tool only, and not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service. We do not promise any particular result from using it.
The app and everything in it, including its software code, design, user interface, texts, graphics, animations, the structure of its token system, and the name Lesso and its logo, are the property of Better Life IO and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app for your own personal use, in line with these terms. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
You may not, yourself or through others:
Some content in the app, such as videos, and the names and logos of social networks and other apps, belong to third parties. These names and logos are shown only to identify the apps.
Feedback, suggestions and ideas you send us may be used to improve the app, without any obligation or payment.
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always work, on every device, without faults. For example, the operating system may stop the blocking service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the whole service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from using or being unable to use the app, including messages or content not seen during a block. Lesso blocks only the apps you choose, and should not be relied on in emergencies.
We may suspend or block an account used in breach of these terms. The sections on intellectual property and limitation of liability continue to apply after use ends.
How we collect and use data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
A breach of these terms, in particular of the intellectual property and prohibited-use sections, may lead to the account being blocked and to legal action against the person responsible.
